This feature is found under the MIS Coordinator role. But can be configured to be under any role as the school desires.


How to locate Manage/Create Sub-Program on SRMS


1. Log in to your account and locate the 'Manage Sub-Program' or search for 'Manage Sub-Program' as shown below.

How to Create/Add a Sub-Program


 a. Click on the 'Add' button to get the pop-up below.

   b. Enter Sub-Program ID


   c. Enter Sub-Program Full Name


   d. Enter Short Name for the sub-program

     e. Select which faculty the sub-program you're creating belongs to from the lists of                           faculties by Clicking on the 'Select Faculty' button and select the desired faculty as                     shown below.

       f. Click on the 'Select Department' button to select the department that the sub-program               will be under from the lists of departments as shown below.

      g. Enter Degree of Award


      h. Enter Minimum TCUE (UME)


      i. Enter Minimum TCUE (DE)


      j. Enter Program Duration


      k. Click on the 'Select Program Type' button where you will see the lists of Program types              in your school, select the desired program type for the sub-program you're creating. See              image below.

      l. Enter the Abbreviation for the Sub-Program you're creating.


      m. Select Mode as shown below

     n. Click on the 'Save' button to save OR click on the 'Cancel' button to cancel as shown                  below.

How to Delete a Sub-Program


     a. Select the desired sub-program to delete and click on the 'Delete' button to get the pop-up            below


     b. Click on 'Ok' to confirm and delete the selected semester.

How to Update a Sub-Program


    Method One


      a. Select the desired sub-program from the lists of sub-programs displayed and click on                  the 'Update' button to get the pop-up below.

     b. Make the desired changes and click on 'Save'.


 Method Two


    a. Click on the 'Select Faculty' button and select the desired faculty.


    b. Click on the 'Select Department' to select the desired department.

    c. Select the desired sub-program from the lists of sub-programs displayed and click on the              'Update' button to get the pop-up below.

    d. Make the desired changes and click on 'Save'.


 


How to Print Sub-Program Report on SRMS


     aSelect the desired sub-program from the lists of sub-programs displayed and click on the             'Print Sub-program Report' button to print as shown below.
