This feature is found under the MIS Coordinator role to assist in managing every semester.


Kindly follow these steps to learn;


1.       How to locate 'Manage Semester'


a.      Locate or search for Manage Semester as seen in the screenshots below;

b.        How to Add(Create) Semester.



  • Click Add to get the pop-up below.

  • Select Session to which Semester will be added from the Select Session Dropdown list.

  • Select Semester (First, Second, Summer)  from the Select Semester Dropdown list.

  • Enter Start Date.

  • Enter End Date.

  • Click Save to save the Semester.


 


c.     How to Delete a Semester.




  • Select the desired semester to delete and click 'Delete' to get the pop-up below.

    • Click 'Ok' to confirm and delete the selected semester.

d.      How to Update Semester.



  • Select the desired semester from the list of semesters displayed and click 'Update' to get the pop-up below.

  • Make the desired changes and click 'Save'.


e.         How to Set a Semester as the Current Semester.



  • Select the desired semester from the list of semesters displayed and click 'Set as Current Semester' as shown below.

NOTE: A semester has to be set at all times for the application load.
