The registration time frame allows you to create/update the time frame allowed for students to make payments and course registration. 


Kindly follow these steps to learn how to;


1.   How to Manage Registration Time Frame


a.   Locate and click 'Manage Registration Time Frame' under your account privileges as shown below.

b.        How to Add(Create) Registration Time Frame.


  • Click 'Add' to get the pop-up below.
  • Enter Start Date (Normal)

  • Enter End Date (Normal)

  • Enter Start Date (Late)

  • Enter End Date (Late)

  • Enter Start Date (Add/Drop)

  • Enter End Date (Add/Drop)

  • Enter Start Date Payment

  • Enter End Date Payment

  • Click 'Save' to save the registration time frame.




c.      How to Update Registration Time Frame.


  • Select the registration time frame as displayed. Click 'Update'. You will get the pop-up.
  • Make the desired changes and click 'Save'.


d.   To close a Time Frame


In order to close a particular time frame, you can set the date to a previous date and click on save. The module associated with that time frame will no longer be open to students.


NOTE: You can also set the time frame for Add/Drop using this feature.
