How to Generate Registered Students Report

The Registered Students Report feature can be accessed under Reports and Statistics. This tool provides various reporting options for student registration data.

How to Locate the Registered Students Report

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Use the search bar to locate "Registered Students Report" or navigate through the Reports and Statistics section.

  3. Click on Registered Students Report to open the interface.



Report Options Explained

  • a. Generate Report

This option allows users to download a list of registered students based on selected filters.

i. Filtered Report by Faculty/Department/Program/Level


Download a PDF or Excel file listing all registered students based on the selected semester, faculty, department, program, and level.

ii. Broad Report by Semester and Level Only

Download a PDF or Excel file of all registered students within a selected semester and level
regardless of their faculty, department, or program.

This is useful for generating institution-wide registration lists filtered only by semester and level

  • b. Generate Report (Custom Fields):
     Create a customized report by selecting specific fields to include. Click Generate Report (Custom Fields), choose your desired fields, then click Generate Report to download.

  • c. Generate Summary:
     Download a summarized version of the registered students report.

  • d. Generate Sessional Report:
     View a summary report covering all students across different programs such as BSc, PGD, Masters, and PhD.

  • e. Generate Registered Courses Summary:

Download summary of all the courses registered by students



  • f. Matriculation List:
     Access the list of students who have matriculated.

  • g. Non-Registered Students:
     View a list of students who have not completed registration.



  • h. Population Analysis Summary:
     Displays a graphical summary of the student population in a department, including breakdowns by gender.

You can download any of the above reports in PDF or Excel formats, depending on your preference.
