The Score Entry Time Frame feature enables institutions to define the period during which course lecturers can input students' scores. This privilege is assigned by default to users under the Academic Secretary and MIS Coordinator roles but can be configured for any other role as determined by the institution.
You can access the Score Entry Time Frame feature in two ways:
Using the Search Bar:
Type “Score Entry Time Frame” in the search bar.
Select it from the list of results as shown in the image below.
Navigating through the MIS Role:
Go to the MIS Role section.
Click on “Score Entry Time Frame” from the available options.
The Score Entry Time Frame functionality is categorized into four distinct options:
Enables system-wide configuration and activation of score entry periods across all faculties, departments, and programs.
Allows configuration of score entry time frames for a specific department. This is ideal when only one department needs access to enter scores, without affecting the rest of the institution.
Permits the setting of score entry time frames for a particular sub-program. Useful when only a subset of programs under a department or faculty requires access.
Provides fine-grained control by allowing score entry time frames for individual courses at specific academic levels. This eliminates the need to open score entry for an entire department or program when only one course needs access.

Select the Semester, Faculty, Department, and Sub-Program.
Click the "Add" button.
Use the date picker in the popup dialog to choose your desired start and end dates.
Click "Save" to confirm the time frame.
Click on the "Course Score Time Frame" tab.
Select the appropriate Semester, Faculty/School, Department, Sub-Program, Level, and Course.
Click on the "Add" button.
In the pop-up dialog, click in the text field to open the date picker and select the relevant dates.
Click "Save" to confirm and apply the entry.
The score entry time frame must be configured before course lecturers can input scores.
If no valid time frame is set, the score entry interface will remain inaccessible to lecturers.
