This feature is found under the MIS Coordinator role.
How to locate 'Information on Institution' on SRMS.
1. Locate Information on Institution or search for Update University Information.
How to make a staff a Rector/VC
1. Using Staff ID/Name;

2. Locate Staff ID/Name
From the staff list:
a. Locate your desired staff from the list
b. Click on it to select
c. Click on the 'Select Staff' button to make staff a Rector/VC.

j. To set a Registrar, click on the three dots. You will get the pop-up below;
How to make a staff a Registrar
1. Using Staff ID/Name
a. Enter staff ID or Name
b. Click on Search
c. Select the desired staff
d. Then click on the Select Staff button to make the desired staff a Registrar.

2. Locate Staff ID/Name
From the staff list:
a. Locate your desired staff from the list
b. Click on it
c. Click on 'Select Staff' to make staff a Registrar.

k. To set Academic Secretary, click on the three dots, you will get the pop-up below;
How to make a staff an Academic Secretary
1. Using Staff ID/Name
a. Enter staff ID or Name
b. Click on Search
c. Select the desired staff
d. Afterwards, click on the Select Staff button to make the desired staff an Academic Secretary.

2. Locate Staff ID/Name
From the staff list:
a. From the list, locate your desired staff.
b. Click on it
c. Click on 'Select Staff' to make a staff an Academic Secretary.

l. To set Chief Security, click on the three dots. You will get the pop-up below;
How to make a staff a Chief Security
1. Using Staff ID/Name
a. Enter staff ID or Name
b. Click 'Search'
c. Select the desired staff
d. Click 'Select Staff' to make the desired staff a Chief Security.
2. Locate Staff ID/Name
From the staff list,
a. Locate your desired staff from the list
b. Click 'Select Staff' to make staff a Chief Security.

a. Enter the year your school was founded.
b. Enter the school website if any.
c. Click 'Update'
NOTE: On the far right of your screen where you have 'Update Logo' kindly upload your school logo. When a school doesn't update its logo on SRMS, the school's logo will not be displayed on their reports.
How to Upload School Logo 1
a. Click 'Update Logo'.
You will get a display as shown below;
b. Click 'Choose File' to select your desired logo.
c. Click 'Upload' to upload the logo.
d. To cancel an upload, click 'Cancel' to cancel the upload.
To remove school Logo
Click 'Remove Logo' to remove Logo.
How to Upload School Logo 2
a. Click 'Update Logo' to get the display as shown below
b. Click 'Choose File' to select your desired logo.
c. Click 'Upload' to upload the logo.
d. To cancel an upload, click 'Cancel' to cancel the upload.
To Remove School Logo
Click 'Remove Logo' to remove Logo.
How to Upload School Water Mark
a. Click 'Upload' to upload the logo.
To Remove Water Mark
Click 'Remove Watermark' to remove Logo.
Click 'Backup DB' to update the changes to the database.
