This feature can be found under the Exam Officers, Heads of Department, and MIS Coordinator by default.
Kindly follow these steps to learn;
1. How to view and generate students' results and reports.
a. Login to your account as a HOD, DEO or MIS and locate 'View Result' as shown below.
b. Click 'View Results'. A window will be displayed as shown below.
Your department will be displayed on the left side of the screen, select the department; highlighted in blue from the above image.
Select the semester you want to view the result of from the drop-down available; marked in red.
Select the sub-program you want to view.
Select the level.
Click 'Open' to view the results as shown below.
2. To generate 'Senate/Academic Format Reports, Exam Summary, Course Result Summary'
a. Click 'Report' (Depending on your school settings, an option might be displayed with more buttons to generate other optional reports). If that is not the case in your school, click the report button and the system will start generating the Senate/Academic format automatically.
b. The 'Drop Withdrawn Students Courses' button above drops all students registered courses that have been withdrawn from the school due to poor academic performance.
c. You can view a single student result summary from this view as will be shown in the images below.
Click a student as marked in red in the above image.
A window will be displayed as shown below.

You can print a student statement of results grouped per semester or session.
Another important feature is the 'Cgpa Range Report' You can use this feature when you need a CGPA report from a certain range. For instance, you want to generate a report if students with CGPA range from 3.45 - 5.00.
3. Generating Other Reports From View Result
a. You can generate other reports such as 'Summary of Graduation, Press Release, Graduation Transcript, Academic Status' as shown in the image below.
b. When generating Press Release or Summary of Graduation, you will be prompted with a dialog box to select the 'Year'. Provide an accurate year before generating the report.
NOTE:
1. Your school settings might be different. If you cannot find the feature as a HOD or DEO, please liaise with the MIS office for resolution.
2. If you have students that are withdrawn in your department in the previous semester or session, you can use this feature to drop all their registered courses before generating current Senate/Academic formats.
