How To View Score Entry Report on SRMS
The Score Entry Report feature is found under the MIS Coordinator role. It gives a comprehensive report on the total number of registered students, the number of students with scores and the number of students without scores. Score Entry Report helps to keep track of whether or not a lecturer enters the scores of the students that registered his course.
How to locate the View Score Entry Report on SRMS
1. Log in to your account and locate the 'View Score Entry Report' or search for 'View Score Entry Report' as shown below.
How to Generate Score Entry Report
a. Click the 'View Score Entry Report' as described above. A window will be displayed as shown below.
b. Click 'Select Semester'. Select the desired Semester you want to generate the score entry report
c. Click 'Generate Score Entry Report'; this will enable you to download the Score Entry Report in a PDF format.
