Students accounts are showing inactive while trying to login

It is possible the student refuses to pay and register and the system is in the second semester now or skipped register for a semester as such the system will have to deactivate the account. An example is the student's last registration is in 2019/2020 Second Semester and the active semester in the system is the Second Semester of 2020/2021 as shown in the screenshot below. 

Solution 1 
  1. Change the current semester back to First Semester of 2020/2021.
  2. Activate the student under manage students account or manage users.
  3. The student should log in to his account and register for the semester.

Solution 2
  1. In order to activate the account that missed a semester is to add the REINSTATE status to the student using the manage student status privilege.
  

Also test it to ensure that a dismissed student account is deactivated while trying to login in the subsequent semester.
it is when the student try to login to the system. System will deactivate his/her account, base on the student’s status.
